The Arctic Snowhotel & Glass Igloos offers two distinct accommodation types: Glass Igloos with heated floors and thermal-glass roofs providing a 360-degree view of the sky, and SnowHotel rooms kept at 0 to -5 degrees Celsius year-round. All glass igloos include a private bathroom with a shower, while SnowHotel rooms have shared bathroom facilities and guests receive a guided tour and high-quality sleeping bags. The hotel's special Aurora Borealis alarm service notifies guests when the Northern Lights are visible, ensuring no appearance is missed.

Dining

Three on-site restaurants serve characteristic Lappish dishes made with local products, including the Icebar and the Ice Restaurant where tables and chairs are carved from ice. The Kota Restaurant features a large open fireplace where salmon is cooked beside the fire. Guests can also enjoy drinks served in ice glasses at the Ice Bar.

Activities

Guests have free access to snowshoeing and kicksleds on the frozen lake, as well as a tubing hill with inflatable donuts. From mid-December to the end of March, the hotel includes free admission to Snowman World at Santa Claus Village. Paid activities like ice sculpting workshops, reindeer farm tours, and guided snowshoeing and ice fishing with a local guide are available on site.

Wellness

A traditional wood-fired snow sauna and an outdoor jacuzzi are located on the property for guest use. A separate sauna beside Lake Lehtojärvi offers a relaxing experience with lake views. A private Finnish sauna and hot tub package is available for booking, providing 90 minutes of exclusive use.

A daily shuttle service to and from Rovaniemi Airport (35 km away) and the city center can be arranged.
